A group of Gen Z high school students took a month to create 10-minute microfilm. They hope that through this film, more people will not only hear the voice of Chinese high school students during the pandemic but also they wanted to convey a message: Setbacks and opportunities coexist. Difficulties often include opportunities. They hope to strengthen a united community and embrace their experience of “studying” in the U.S. during this pandemic. 
 

We may be physically apart, but this filmmaking process allowed us to remain socially connected through digital communications. We truly believe in our youth power, we challenged the limitation of the time difference and digital tools and maximized our potentials. 
 

As these high school students said: "We hope to deliver a message through this movie that when our voices are engaged in the community, we are more capable, powerful, and effective now more than ever.
